This website was built for the Order of Malta to collect prayer intentions for the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help Marian site. Located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help is the first Marian apparation site approved by the Catholic Church in the United States. On these grounds over 150 years ago, the Holy Mother appeared to young Adele Brise and instructed her to teach the children in the faith. This is where Sister Adele began her work and inspired the efforts of generations of faithful Christians. Each prayer intention will be hand- placed at the site's altar. On the left are two forms. The first is a contact form and is completely optional. The second is for any prayer intentions you may wish to be included. Once you have filled in either or both forms, click 'Send' to submit your entry. A message will appear below the form telling you your info or intention was sent successfully. The two forms will be submitted to separate persons and therefore intentions will remain anonymous. If you have any questions, you may contact us at the number below.
